Junior Customer Service Executive Full-Time

Job Duties:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships through outstanding service.
  • Record customer interactions and update company systems accurately.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Prepare daily reports and maintain customer records.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and professional support.


Requirements

  • Male/ Female
  • Age below 35
  • G.C.E. O/L or A/L qualification.
  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Care, Reception, or Call Center is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • School Leavers are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication skills in English. Sinhala and Tamil will be an added advantage.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
  • Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work in Kohuwala, Colombo.
