Assist in preparing, checking,
and maintaining import documents such as commercial invoices, packing
lists, Bills of Lading (BL), and other related documentation.
Assist in opening Letters of
Credit (LC) and processing Telegraphic Transfer (TT) payments with banks
as per management instructions.
Coordinate and follow up with
clearing agents to ensure timely customs clearance of imported goods.
Monitor shipment arrivals and
follow up on delivery of goods to stores or warehouses.
Assist in handling import
insurance and company insurance documentation, including renewals.
Maintain accurate and
well-organized records of import, banking, customs, and insurance
documents.
Communicate effectively with
suppliers, freight forwarders, banks, and internal departments on
import-related matters.
Provide general administrative
support related to trading and logistics operations.
Perform any other duties assigned
by management from time to time.

Diploma or part qualification in Business
Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
0–1 year of experience in an
import/export, trading, or logistics-related company (experience will be
an added advantage).
Basic knowledge of import
procedures, LC, TT, and customs documentation will be an added advantage.
Good communication, coordination,
and organizational skills.
Ability to handle documentation
accurately and meet deadlines.
Willingness to learn and work in
a fast-paced IT-based industry environment.
