Job Duties

• Assist in planning and implementing merchandising strategies that drive sales and profitability
• Contribute to inventory management by monitoring stock levels and coordinating reorders with suppliers
• Conduct market research and trend analysis to support product selection and pricing strategies
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns that enhance product visibility
• Assist in analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
• Support visual merchandising efforts by ensuring product displays are aesthetically pleasing and aligned with brand standards
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, sales forecasts, and merchandising plans to assist in decision-making processes

• Male/Female
• Age Below 35
• Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of Experience
• Understanding of the manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge on relevant computer applications.
• Reporting and excellent communication skills.
• Process mapping, aligning cross communication in teams and rollout process.
• Keen sense of drill down errors, trouble shooting, data analytics and linear logical solutions.
• Project management, T&A management and follow-up skills.
