Job Role

• Manage quantity surveying activities for interior construction projects.
• Prepare, review and manage BOQs (Bills of Quantities).
• Conduct accurate site measurements and quantity take-offs.
• Coordinate with site teams, contractors, suppliers and project stakeholders.
• Monitor project quantities, costs and progress.
• Support project coordination and ensure work is completed according to project requirements.
• Work independently and ensure project deadlines are met.
• Provide effective communication and coordination throughout the project.

Job Requirements

• Male/Female
• Ahe below 35
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Interior Construction.
• HND, Degree or relevant qualification.
• Working experience in Interior Designing or Construction-related fields is also considered.
• Strong knowledge of BOQs, Site Measurements, Project Coordination
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to meet project deadlines.
• Candidates should be capable of working on interior construction projects and coordinating effectively with project teams.
