Job Duties:

• Manage, monitor, and maintain Veeam Backup & Replication environments.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 Backup solutions.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining Cloud Backup, Disaster Recovery, and Ransomware Protection solutions.
• Monitor backup jobs, investigate failures, and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting for backup and recovery environments.
• Assist with backup configuration, restoration, and system maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to deliver reliable backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with operational procedures.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices related to backup, cloud, and infrastructure.

• Related qualification
• Experience with Veeam Backup & Replication and/or Microsoft 365 Backup Administration.
• Good understanding of backup technologies, backup architectures, and disaster recovery concepts.
• Knowledge of cloud backup solutions and ransomware protection strategies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with a distributed team.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes will be an added advantage.
• Professional certifications such as VMCE, Microsoft 365, or ITIL are preferred.
