Job Duties

• Technology Transfer for new products and perform validation trials for manufacturing feasibility.
• Ensuring material consumption in manufacturing as per BOM and recipe. 
• Work on product improvements in case of lower performance levels than claim.
• Process monitoring and control in the Knitting process.
• Troubleshoot process & product related issues to achieve 100% OTIF.
• Review and standardize product and process specifications.
• Work with Production and QA teams to reduce the rejects and reworks.
• Evaluation of new materials for cost reduction keeping product quality intact.
• Troubleshoot customer complaints and provide corrective measures.
• Facilitate process automation initiatives by production and engineering
• Implement and maintain good 5S and lean practices in Knitting section
• Mentor and encourage team to come up with ideas, Facilitate knowledge sharing within department

Requirements 

• Male / Female
• Age below 40
• Diploma, Degree in Textile Technology from a reputed university.
• Fresher is encouraged to apply possessing a degree in textile domain.
• Work experience in a textile manufacturing in Technical/R&D function will be added advantage.
• Analytical bent of mind and should possess systematic troubleshooting skills
• Self-motivated and should possess positive attitude and strong sense for teamwork and collaboration
• Autonomous and needs minimum supervision to perform his duties
• Often comes with out-of-the-box ideas and initiatives 
• Ready to go beyond the call of the duty to achieve company targets.
• Good communication skills (oral and written) desired with fluency in English
