Job Duties:

• Lead and manage quantity surveying and cost management activities for assigned projects.
• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, valuations, and cost plans.
• Manage project budgets and monitor costs against approved budgets.
• Handle contract administration, including reviewing contract documents, variations, claims, and payment certifications.
• Support procurement and tendering processes, including tender documentation, evaluation, and recommendations.
• Conduct measurement and verification of completed works.
• Monitor project expenditure and identify potential cost overruns or commercial risks.
• Prepare regular cost reports and provide commercial advice to project stakeholders.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, contracts, and project requirements.
• Lead and mentor junior quantity surveying team members where required.

• Age below 40 years
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying and Cost Management.
• Strong knowledge of measurement, estimating, cost planning, and contract administration.
• Experience in BOQ preparation and project cost control.
• Proficiency in POMI / NRM2 standards.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and commercial skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
