Requirements
Male
A degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering or professional certifications such as HNDE, NDES, NDT, or NVQ 4+ in Auto Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; equivalent technical coursework or in-house training will also be considered.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive technical field, with expertise in diagnostics, repair, and maintenance of light vehicles, including at least 2 years in a training or teaching role.
Comprehensive knowledge of automotive mechanical and electrical systems, with proficiency in diagnostics, repair processes, and the use of modern tools and equipment.
Strong teaching abilities to present technical concepts effectively, manage classroom and workshop environments, and mentor trainees toward professional success.
Fluency in Sinhala and English with the ability to teach technical and engineering subjects in both languages.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with presentation software or e-learning platforms for training purposes.
