Total functions of the documentation processes of Exports & Imports of Liner/NVO and Freight Forwarding including corresponding, communicating & coordinating with local customers, carriers, authorities and oversea agents.
Meet set deadlines/cut-offs in completing documentation tasks.
Follow processes, protocols/procedures and report timely.
Maintaining files/documents, check lists and stats in relation to documentation.
Requirements
Male
Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management or other related qualification
At least 1 year of experience in the shipping industry.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong understanding of email etiquette and professionalism.
Knowledge of industry documentation workflows.
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
