Operate, adjust, and calibrate industrial machinery to achieve production targets and manufacturing efficiency.
Perform preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting to reduce machine downtime and support continuous production.
Conduct quality control inspections to detect defects and ensure finished products meet company and industry standards.
Maintain accurate production reports, machine logs, and maintenance records for operational tracking.
Follow workplace health & safety regulations and factory safety procedures, including proper use of PPE.
Keep the production floor clean and organized to support lean manufacturing and 5S practices.
Collaborate with supervisors, technicians, and production teams to improve workflow and operational productivity.
Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing performance and efficiency.

Male
Age below 45 years.
Education: G.C.E. O/L, High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. Technical certifications or vocational training will be an added advantage.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing plant, factory, or production environment. Entry-level candidates with basic exposure are encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills: Strong numerical skills, mechanical aptitude, and hand-eye coordination.
Physical Ability: Able to stand for long periods, lift equipment, and handle physically demanding tasks.
Soft Skills: Attention to detail, teamwork, ability to follow instructions, and problem-solving capability.
Flexibility: Willing to work shifts, overtime, and weekends when required in a factory setting.
