Job Duties 

• Operate, adjust, and calibrate industrial machinery to achieve production targets and manufacturing efficiency.
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting to reduce machine downtime and support continuous production.
• Conduct quality control inspections to detect defects and ensure finished products meet company and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate production reports, machine logs, and maintenance records for operational tracking.
• Follow workplace health & safety regulations and factory safety procedures, including proper use of PPE.
• Keep the production floor clean and organized to support lean manufacturing and 5S practices.
• Collaborate with supervisors, technicians, and production teams to improve workflow and operational productivity.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing performance and efficiency.

Requirements

• Male 
• Age below 45 years.
• Education: G.C.E. O/L, High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. Technical certifications or vocational training will be an added advantage.
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing plant, factory, or production environment. Entry-level candidates with basic exposure are encouraged to apply.
• Technical Skills: Strong numerical skills, mechanical aptitude, and hand-eye coordination.
• Physical Ability: Able to stand for long periods, lift equipment, and handle physically demanding tasks.
• Soft Skills: Attention to detail, teamwork, ability to follow instructions, and problem-solving capability.
• Flexibility: Willing to work shifts, overtime, and weekends when required in a factory setting.
