Job Duties 

• Assist in plant propagation activities (seed sowing, grafting, cutting, transplanting)
• Support daily nursery operations including watering, shading, and fertilization
• Monitor plant health and identify pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies
• Maintain nursery records including plant growth, inventory, and activities
• Ensure proper soil preparation, potting, and use of growing media
• Assist in implementing pest and disease control measures
• Support greenhouse and irrigation system management
• Participate in field visits and farmer/nursery training programs if required
• Follow sustainable and modern nursery management practices
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members for smooth nursery operations

Requirements 

• Male 
• Age below 35
• A Degree in Agriculture or Agribusiness
• 1–2 years of relevant experience 
• Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
• Strong verbal and written presentation skills
• Effective communication skills
• Valid motorcycle driving license (mandatory)
