Job Duties:

• Assist in tax computation, tax return preparation, and tax compliance including VAT, Income Tax, WHT, PAYE, and other statutory filings.
• Support treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting, cash management, bank reconciliations, and fund transfers.
• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions regarding payments, guarantees, and treasury-related transactions.
• Maintain accurate records for tax documentation, statutory payments, and treasury reports.
• Monitor tax deadlines and ensure timely submissions and payments in line with Sri Lankan tax laws.
• Assist in audit support, tax assessments, and correspondence with regulatory authorities.
• Support foreign currency transactions, exchange rate monitoring, and treasury reporting.
• Prepare finance-related schedules, reports, and Excel-based financial analysis.
• Perform ad-hoc duties related to finance, taxation, and treasury functions as assigned.

Requirements:

• Male/ Female
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Economics, or Commerce.
• Part qualification in CA Sri Lanka / ACCA / CIMA will be an added advantage.
• Candidates within a 25 km commuting distance from the company location preferred.
• Basic understanding of Sri Lanka taxation, corporate tax, VAT, and statutory compliance.
• Strong interest in taxation and treasury management careers.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and financial reporting tools.
• Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced finance environment.
• Suitable for fresh graduates / entry-level finance jobs.
