Job Duties 

• Recipe (dyestuff) selection according to the customer standard, Lab works, optimizing dyeing method, colour management, decision making skills, keep records and share the information with internal team and continuous process follow up.
• Maintain dye house controlling system efficiently & effectively with expert knowledge in case of issues, modifications & improvements.
• Responsible for daily production, scheduling and execution of dyeing with internal team. 
• Participate in development and sample meetings with internal cross functional teams to ensure completion of required processes prior the bulk dyeing production.  
• Review 1st bulk and 5th bulks performance and ensure the standard of product and the process. 
• Regular customer visits and maintain their standard and relationship.
• Involve in dyeing plant modernization and learn on new technology and drive operational excellence through implementation

• Age Below 30
• BSc Degree / Diploma in Textile and Clothing (NDT) 
• Good communication and excellent interpersonal skills
• Should be IT literate, task prioritization, multi-tasking ability and result oriented while being a good team player
