Job Duties 

• Improve production efficiency in knitting and sewing operations.
• Monitor daily production output in accordance with monthly plan and shipment schedule.
• Minimize rejects by setting permanent production control measures and conducting effective RCAs.
• Drive process improvement/ modernization activities and cost saving initiatives.
• Prepare/ update standard operation procedures. 
• Meeting HR/QMS related compliance’s
• Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment.
• Lead, direct and motivate the team, monitor team performance, provide feedback, recommend training plans and develop team capability to meet current and future business requirements.

• Age Below 30
• BSc Degree / NDT/ Diploma in Textile and Clothing
• Good communication and excellent interpersonal skills
• Should be IT literate, task prioritization, multi-tasking ability and result oriented while being a good team player
