• Proficiency in Market Research & Data Analysis 
• Prior work experience in a similar capacity within the Maldivian market 
• Develop and implement effective business development strategies 
• Understands market dynamics &  customer needs 
• Result-driven & consistent in target achievement 

Requirements

• Male / Female
• Age below 40
• A degree in Business Management from a recognized university or fully qualified in CIM / SLIM or equivalent.
• Minimum 03 years post experience preferably in B2B
• .Excellent communication skills in, both English and Sinhala.
• Tenacity and drive to seek new business opportunities and meet or exceed targets.
• Good interpersonal skills for building and developing sound relationships with clients.
• Experience in handling corporate customers with a solution selling mindset.
