Job Duties:

• Develop and implement EHS and compliance action plans to maintain plant standards.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, environmental, labor, and social compliance requirements.
• Maintain and improve ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and customer audit standards.
• Conduct internal audits, inspections, mock surveys, investigations, and follow-up corrective actions.
• Manage customer and compliance audits including NIKE, HIGG, SMETA, and CK.
• Conduct employee training and awareness programs on EHS, compliance, and workplace safety.
• Maintain required compliance documentation, reports, records, and statutory requirements.
• Ensure proper standards in workplace safety, hygiene, welfare, environmental management, and 5S

Requirements:

• Male/ Female
• Age below 35
• Degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Certifications in Health & Safety, Fire, Environment, Labor Compliance, or related areas will be an advantage.
• 6–8 years of relevant industrial experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
• Hands-on experience in Fire, Health & Safety, Labor Compliance, and Environmental Management Systems.
