Perform systematic business analysis, create innovative digital solutions which automates business requirements.
Contribute across all phases of the project implementation.
Liaise effectively between Vendors, business users, and business partners to ensure high quality and timely delivery.
Assess business requirements and scope and recommend appropriate solutions.
Analyse Reporting Requirements within the organisation and design comprehensive Data Analytics Dashboards using Power Bl together with the System Vendors.
Partner with cross-functional technology and design teams to ensure consistent, positive interaction and solution delivery.
Support the business users in defining technical and operational user requirements and provide staff training when required.
Act as the point of contact on all issues related to the Digitization Operations.
Identify and resolve operational and performance issues on an ongoing basis and report ongoing progress.
Travel as needed. You may be required to travel to factory premises based on requirements and project demands.
Requirements
Male/Female
A bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology from a recognize university or an equivalent qualification.
2-3 years of experience in Digital Transformation and/or System Design.
Experience in Microsoft Power BI / Power Platform, Share Point will be an added advantage.
Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong troubleshooting, problem solving and analytical skills.
