Job Duties

• Perform systematic business analysis, create innovative digital solutions which automates business requirements. 
• Contribute across all phases of the project implementation. 
• Liaise effectively between Vendors, business users, and business partners to ensure high quality and timely delivery. 
• Assess business requirements and scope and recommend appropriate solutions. 
• Analyse Reporting Requirements within the organisation and design comprehensive Data Analytics Dashboards using Power Bl together with the System Vendors. 
• Partner with cross-functional technology and design teams to ensure consistent, positive interaction and solution delivery. 
• Support the business users in defining technical and operational user requirements and provide staff training when required. 
• Act as the point of contact on all issues related to the Digitization Operations. 
• Identify and resolve operational and performance issues on an ongoing basis and report ongoing progress. 
• Travel as needed. You may be required to travel to factory premises based on requirements and project demands. 

Requirements

• Male/Female
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology from a recognize university or an equivalent qualification. 
• 2-3 years of experience in Digital Transformation and/or System Design. 
• Experience in Microsoft Power BI / Power Platform, Share Point will be an added advantage. 
• Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills. 
• Strong troubleshooting, problem solving and analytical skills. 
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly. 
• Innovative and forward thinking.
