Job Role

• Lead the design and engineering of complex HVAC systems including Chillers, VRF systems, AHUs, ventilation systems, and integrated MEP solutions.
• Perform and oversee heat load calculations, equipment sizing, and system selection.
• Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and design documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and clients during the design development stage.
• Manage end-to-end turnkey HVAC and MEP projects from design through installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Oversee design-and-build contracts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and provide technical guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
• Resolve technical and operational challenges during project execution.
• Supervise site operations, equipment installations, and system commissioning activities.
• Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and ensure efficient maintenance planning and execution.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules to maximize equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Ensure smooth coordination between service teams, clients, and project stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
• Ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2015 quality management standards and CIDA EM 1 compliance requirements.
• Implement best practices in safety, quality assurance, and project management.
• Conduct technical reviews and performance evaluations of engineering teams.

Job Requirements

• Male
• Age Below 60
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering (B.Sc. / B.Eng.).
• Chartered Engineer (IESL) status will be a distinct advantage.
• Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in the MEP industry.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience leading commercial or industrial HVAC projects.
• Proven experience in turnkey HVAC and MEP project management.
• Strong knowledge of central air conditioning systems, ventilation systems, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and Carrier HAP software.
• Expertise in heat load calculations, equipment selection, and system optimization.
• Sound understanding of local and international engineering standards and regulations.
