Job Duties

• Ensure smooth day-to-day MEP operations and maintenance of high-rise office towers and shopping malls
• Oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, including safety, car park, and tenancy coordination
• Plan, execute, and coordinate MEP operational programs in line with policies and procedures
• Maintain compliance and manage annual budgets
• Prepare annual budgets (Operational & Capital Expenditure)
• Generate monthly operational analysis and management reports 

Requirements

• Age Below 45
• Male/Female 
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering or related field
• Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage
• Minimum 10–12 years in MEP operations and facilities management
• Experience in high-rise buildings, office towers, or shopping malls preferred
• Strong hands-on experience with HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire protection, ELV, BMS, and telecom systems
• Proven leadership and experience managing multidisciplinary maintenance teams
