Job Duties:

• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS/local GAAP.
• Ensure timely consolidation and reporting of group financials.
• Oversee the general ledger and chart of accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors during financial audits.
• Drive process improvements for reporting and internal controls.
• Manage all direct and indirect tax matters, including VAT, corporate income tax, and withholding taxes.
• Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and payments.
• Liaise with tax authorities, handle queries, and manage tax audits.
• Support tax planning strategies to optimize tax exposure.
• Monitor changes in tax regulations and assess their business impact.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field / professional qualification in CA/ ACCA/ CIMA
• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in financial reporting and tax, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, local tax laws, and regulatory reporting.
• Proficient in ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
