Manager - HR & Admin Full-Time

Job Duties

  • Identify and fulfill manpower requirements through effective recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Provide strategic HR guidance as a core member of the organizational planning team.
  • Develop and manage industrial and employee relations, grievance handling, and welfare initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with HR and sustainability audits by implementing control measures.
  • Prepare and manage HR-related budgets, including manpower and wage forecasts.
  • Oversee performance management implementation and advise on related processes.
  • Support special projects as directed by senior management.

Requirements

  • Male/Female
  • Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration.
  • Professional HR qualification; CIMA or CIM is an added advantage.
  • 8–10 years of industry experience with proven leadership ability.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in decision-making, problem-solving, and driving process improvements.
  • Capable of managing large teams effectively.
