Provide leadership and guidance by performing all day-to-day HR functions as the Business Partner of respective Sector/ Division of the Group
Assist to initiate/ implement HR process efficiencies and solutions to facilitate overall output of the responsible sector/division and thereby of the Human Resources Division.
Provide HR services to meet the expected demands of the internal customer.
Support employees with their trainings needs by coordinating and managing training calendar of the sector/division.
Attend to disciplinary matters and employee grievances in an unbiased and fair manner whilst maintaining high level of confidentiality.
Manage the recruitment process, to bring in the best talent from the market in agreed service levels.
Effective management of Employee Performance Management Process to ensure timely execution of Employee annual increments, promotions.
Assist the Vice President – Group Human Resources in executing Strategic and HR Development Initiatives aligned to the organizational objectives

Age Below 40
Degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resource Management from a recognized institute.
Preferred a master’s degree specialized in HR or General.
Overall, 07 years of experience in HR with minimum 03 years of experience being responsible/ overseeing the HR Operations of a company, supervising people.
Sound knowledge in Labour Regulations.
Effective verbal and written Communication and relationship building skills to influence change.
