Job Duties:

• Align IT Implementation objectives & programs to achieve company goals & objectives.
• Identify gaps and implement strategic IT initiatives to enhance group operations.
• Manage IT business process execution and governance.
• Minimize financial, reputational, regulatory, and operational risks, including criminal conduct or policy breaches.
• Manage IT relationships for new project/product development, implementation, and promotion.
• Collaborate with Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations teams to develop a unified technology strategy.

Requirements:

• Overall 8 years of experience with minimum 3 years of Managerial experience in IT Implementation and Strategizing with similar exposure.
• A degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, ideally with membership in a relevant professional body.
• Experience in Dynamics 365 BC ERP.
• Sound knowledge of process mapping/modelling and business process re-engineering.
• Strong motivational, innovative, and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
