Job Duties

• Align IT objectives & programs to company objectives & strategies.
• Identify the lapses and implement & manage strategic IT initiatives to group operations.
• Handle proposed ERP migration.
• Manage IT business process execution and governance.
• Minimize financial losses, reputational and regulatory risks, and operational risk events involving criminal conduct, dishonesty or deliberate breaches of policies or regulations.
• Deal with the IT relationship management which refers to new project/product development, implementation and promotion.
• Work collaboratively with the Business, Sales & Marketing, Engineering and Operations teams to present a cohesive technology strategy.

• Age below 35 years
• Possess a Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology preferably coupled with membership of a relevant professional body. As it is a highly specialized role, requires specialized skills and competencies acquired through high exposure in the related field.
• Experience Dynamics 365 BC ERP
• Ability to make high-quality decisions based on a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience and judgment and integrates divergent views to make balanced and intelligent decisions whilst building a solid business case in decisions. 
• Possess strong motivational, innovative and communication skills and ability to build strong relationship with internal and external stake holders.
