Job Duties

• Oversee product costing, standard cost updates, and variance analysis
• Monitor and control manufacturing expenses to optimize profitability
• Ensure accurate allocation of overheads and production costs
• Prepare detailed cost-benefit analyses for operational improvements
• Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes
• Provide regular financial performance reports against budgets
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve financial outcomes
• Prepare and monitor cash flow statements and working capital forecasts
• Deliver timely monthly management accounts and key financial reports
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
• Supervise and develop the management accounting team
• Work closely with production, procurement, and operations to ensure cost accuracy
• Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and management for financial matters

Requirements

• Male/Female
• Age below 45
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• Professional qualification CA / CIMA / ACCA required
• Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in management accounting, with at least 3 years in manufacturing
• Proven track record in cost control, budgeting, and performance management
