Develop and implement the Annual Marketing Plan and integrated marketing communication strategies to drive brand visibility and lead generation.
Plan, manage, and optimize the annual advertising and promotional budgets to ensure effective ROI.
Lead the Digital Marketing Strategy in collaboration with digital agencies and consultants, ensuring a strong online presence across platforms.
Oversee content management for all relevant digital and social media channels.
Build and maintain relationships with media representatives and key stakeholders in the real estate industry.
Coordinate the development of compelling marketing collateral, including advertisements, brochures, and promotional materials, in partnership with creative agencies.
Prepare and release press materials and ensure timely publicity across relevant media outlets.
Plan and execute 360* marketing strategies for Havelock City and other Residential Apartment and Villa Developments.
Organize and manage corporate events, including product launches, press conferences, photo shoots, and exhibitions
Handle media, community, consumer, and industry relations, acting as a brand ambassador in all external communications.
Requirements
Male/Female
Age between 28 – 35 years
Bachelor's degree in Marketing/ Management or equivalent qualification (CIM / SLIM)
An MBA will be an added advantage
Minimum of 8 years post-experience in Marketing and brand management
Proficiency in digital marketing tools
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels, self-motivation and managerial ability
