Job Duties 

• Coordinate end-to-end pre-opening projects for new international restaurant locations.
• Ensure all marketing materials, menus, and brand collaterals comply with established brand guidelines.
• Liaise with culinary and operations teams to support quality checks and menu execution during overseas visits.
• Serve as the main liaison between the brand and international partners.
• Coordinate communication on menu development, PR, and brand standards
• Share official decks and documents after agreement finalization.
• Maintain strong, professional communication with partners to ensure consistent brand representation.

Requirements

• Male/Female
• Age below 45
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in partner relations, operations, hospitality management, or brand coordination.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience in international coordination, event planning, or franchise operations (preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain brand consistency.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
