Manager - Sales and Events (Hotel and Restaurant) Full-Time
Job Duties
Generate leads and opportunities by leveraging new and existing partners to drive engagement and increase revenue.
Identify and evaluate new revenue avenues such as corporate events, private dining, curated experiences, and collaborations.
Identify and engage with concierge services, corporates, high net worth individuals, private member clubs, business associations and other social organizations to promote events and preferential offers.
Tailor, design, and successfully implement events that drive revenue growth.
Work closely with guests to understand their event requirements, preferences and budget, and develop customized event proposals and packages that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
Requirements
Male/Female
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in business development, banquet sales, or event management. You will have an added advantage if you have work experience in the banquet teams of any star-class hotel or event management company.
Proven track record of increasing sales and executing successful events, collaborations, and buyouts.
Strong network of contacts with event managers, inbound tour operators, and wedding planners.
