Manager- Talent & Organizational Development [Human Resources] Full-Time
Job Duties
Manage all organizational manpower requirements are identified, by attracting, selecting, and recruiting suitable talent in order to fulfil organizational manpower requirements whilst, ensuring the retention of key talent by creating a satisfactory work environment.
Proactively participate and represent the company in all allocated projects, whilst liaising with the HR leadership in seamlessly harmonizing business objectives to HR deliverables
Contribute to the development of the organization plan as a member of the core team, provide advice / guidance to the management on all aspects related to the development / implementation of human resource procedure’s thereby facilitating organizational Objectives.

Prepare, monitor, and control the departmental budget , facilitate the formulation of other relevant budgets such as Manpower.
Ensure coordination with relevant personnel to implement the performance Management system, guide and advise the management on all performance management related aspects to ensure employee performance is monitored and rewarded in a consistent manner.
Fostering a robust talent pipeline and cultivating the professional development of the employees and ensure the continuity and excellence of network administration within the organization. (E.g.: 9 Box, Career management, succession managements & Technical Ladder)
Assure a comprehensive talent pipeline is in place for the operations through leading the relevant strategies on success management, timely promotions, internal talent movement/transfers, whilst continuously monitoring and driving solutions with the respective operational head
Manage employee retention and keep employees motivated and focused to reduce employee turnover and attract and retain key employees to support the organization's productivity and overall business performance by bringing in best in class retention models practiced.
Drive the Learning and development strategy for the business for all levels through the execution of the L&D, SDP plans whilst ensuring suitable development interventions are implemented and monitored to create a multi skilled workforce.
Ensure the execution of general/administrative HR processes for the company with zero compliance issues. This includes HR information systems, personal files (Exe & above), payroll, internal audits.
Drive continuous improvements within HR & Administration by identifying projects that can drive business excellence.
Requirements
Male / Female
Age below 35
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or human resource management from a reputed university
Possessing a master’s in business administration or in Human Resource Management would be an added advantage
Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in a similar capacity
Hands-on experience in managing general/administrative HR processes, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Possess sound analytical & communication skills
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred but not required.
Demonstrate leadership abilities, with experience leading and developing a team of HR professionals.
