Job Duties:

• Delivering to the value proposition and business needs of Instruments in Universities, 
• Laboratories, Water  Projects  & etc.
• Review offers to determine a response strategy collaborating with the sales team to assemble 
• complete proposals
• Performing Principal communication and interacting with internal/ external local parties on tender 
• requirements
• Effectively manage the opportunity pipeline to reliably predict revenue and integrate competitive 
• strategies.
• Lead the Tender Process – setting up and follow-up on tender project plan, drive tender 
• opportunities, get commitment and maximize tender outcome
• Mentoring and coaching the Strategic Offers Team in persuasive offer writing and offer   
• preparation best practices

Requirements

• Male/ Female
• Age below 45
• 10 years’ experience in a similar role, with recent experience in managerial capacity. Experience performing a
• similar role in High Technology Instruments is preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or related discipline; holding a Master’s will be an advantage
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to demonstrate strong technical and commercial acumen.
