Job Duties

• Manage and nurture relationships within our customer ecosystem, serving as the primary point of contact for all customer interactions.
• Handle customer requests. including coordination of marketing materials. promotional items. and photographs. ensuring timely and effective responses.
• Drive co-marketing initiatives by launching projects with top-ten customers in each segment [MH and AG]
• Finalize cost-sharing structures and budget matters for co-marketing projects.
• Host monthly marketing meetings with key customers to foster collaboration and address their needs.
• Plan and execute co-marketing sellout activities. aligning strategies with the overall sales objectives.
• Coordinate the development of marketing packs and dealer packs to support customer engagement and sales activities with all customers.

• Age below 40
• 3-5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.
• Proven track record in establishing and managing successful partnerships or collaborations.
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities, with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial agreements.
• Deep understanding of the industry and market trends related to ecosystem partnerships
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive relationships with partners and internal teams.
• Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for partnership growth that align with organizational goals.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes from partnership initiatives.
