• Prepare and submit tenders and quotations for government and private sector clients.
• Prepare official letters, business correspondence, and related documentation.
• Coordinate the preparation and submission of online quotations through relevant portals and procurement systems.
• Maintain and update records of tenders, quotations, and client communications.
• Prepare monthly sales and marketing reports for management review.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to obtain product and pricing information.
• Maintain knowledge of IT products, specifications, and solutions offered by the company.
• Follow up on submitted quotations and tenders with clients when required.
• Support the sales and marketing team with administrative and coordination activities.
• Ensure all submissions are accurate and completed within deadlines.

• Female
• Age below 30
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a Marketing Coordinator, Sales Coordinator, Tender Coordinator, or similar role.
• Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of preparing tenders, quotations, and official business correspondence.
• Familiarity with IT products and technical specifications is preferred.
• Experience with online tender and quotation submission processes will be an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Female candidates aged between 25 and 35 years are preferred.
