Job Duties:

• Preparing monthly forecasted marketing budgets.
• Organizing promotions, exhibitions, and other outdoor marketing activities.
• Supporting the sales team by preparing marketing materials such as brochures, price lists, presentations, and promotional gifts.
• Ensuring all promotional events are executed within the allocated budget.
• Analyzing competitor activities in the market and implementing strategies using marketing tools to overcome competitor threats.
• Coordinating with factories or external parties for erecting exhibition or promotional stalls.
• Negotiating with external parties to obtain cost-effective quotations for marketing activities.
• Presenting monthly reports on actual budget allocation against forecasts.
• Actively participating in social media activities to enhance brand image.
• Managing and updating company events on the company website and social media platforms.
• Assisting the sales team in achieving targets through new training and development programs.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, brand management, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends and competitor activities.
