Develop an appropriate customer contact database, identify key decision makers, and carry out comparative shopping reviews and expand customer base.
Analyze market conditions, identify current buys, pricing structures and ensure that pricing strategies and costings employed are consistent and achievable to maximize both profitability and market share simultaneously.
Gain a thorough understanding of customer’s buying procedures/seasonal calendar and identify appropriate service levels for each customer to ensure that product presentations are in line with customer requirements.
Work closely with development and technical teams and review the product range and that needs to be added to the portfolio; execute corresponding developments and sampling to convert identified opportunities for the target market into new business.

Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in a similar role.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a professional qualification in CIM or SLIM
Industry-related experience and a proven track record will be advantageous.
Work experience and knowledge of Power BI would be an added advantage.
