Set up marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts
Oversee current offerings and come up with initiatives to market products and services
Work with marketing staff to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams
Track all marketing and sales data an create detailed reports and presentations for the senior management
Work with the departmental budgets to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product or service
Align marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to data analysis and other feedback
Managing ATL, BTL campaigns including digital media activation
Requirements
A minimum experience of 3 years in a similar position, preferably in the education industry
Bachelor's, Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing, SLIM or CIM qualifications will be an added advantage
Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels in marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
Good leadership skills with a strong command of English
Solid knowledge on website analytics tools and social media management
Ability to work during weekends and availability to work long hours when situations demand
