Job Duties

• Should be able to aggressively market a complete range of financial products to achieve targets
• Identify potential customers and organize promotional activities to promote range of financial products
• Collaborate with other departments to provide efficient service to customers
• To build and maintain a good personal rapport with customers and enhance the customer base

Requirements

• Male
• Age between 23 – 35 years
• Have a friendly, outgoing personality
• Should be a target-oriented team player
• Individuals who are in the vicinity of Kalutara are encouraged to apply
• Qualification / Part qualification in SLIM or CIM or a degree would also be an added advantage
• Proven track records in Sales and Marketing in a Bank or Licensed Finance Company.  Those with exposure to the service sector may also apply
• Excellent communication and PR skills
