MEP Costing & Estimation Engineer / Quantity Surveyor (QS) Full-Time
Job Duties
- Prepare accurate cost estimations and quotations for MEP works.
- Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQs to identify cost factors.
- Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure accurate pricing.
- Conduct cost analysis for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Utilize estimation software and AutoCAD for project requirements.
- Support tendering processes and provide cost-related recommendations.
Requirements

- Age Below 30
- BSc. in Engineering / Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of experience in MEP estimation / QS work.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Proficiency in estimation software and AutoCAD.
- Attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
