Developing long term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their technical requirements.
Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product selection.
Arranging and carrying out product training and demonstration.
Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects.
Preparation and making sales targets and coordinating sales projects.

Requirements
A diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering is essential with at least 2 years’ experience in sales of MEP related machinery and equipment/Industry professional with minimum 3 years’ total experience.
Should be a dynamic team player with a passion to win.
Should possess strong Analytical Skills and Business Development exposure is mandatory.
Should be technically sound to handle prospective buyers, meetings with consultants and users, in promoting sales.
Exposer in HVAC/FIRE/INDUSTRIAL markets will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English and Computer literacy is a must.
Excellent PR and the ability to convince a target technical group.
Ability to travel extensively on regular customer visits and driving license essential.
