Job Duties

• Sound knowledge and experience in maintaining Electrical and Mechanical services in a multi story buildings and other building service area.
• Responsible for carry out regular preventative maintenance, inspection related to the power distribution systems, generators and ATS, central air conditioning and ventilation system, electrical appliances, plumbing systems, elevators, pest control, fire systems, solar and other building maintenance activities.
• Responsible for carrying out and attending to Maintenance, Repairs and Breakdown Activities and New Installations and ensuring maximum efficiency of the MEP and solar systems.
• Responsible for attending to tenant issues urgently and rectifying issues within agreed timelines.
• Attend and address health and Safety protocols within the company.
• Responsible for providing technical knowledge and guidance as and when requested for all facility related matters.

Requirements

• NVQ level 4 certificate or above, alternate qualifications will also be considered (NAITA / TVEC)
• Minimum 3 years as technician with MEP/ Building maintenance experience.
• Prepared to work weekends and holidays as and when required.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong spoken and written communications.
