Develop & maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
Understanding the customer requirements in terms of delivery
Follow up the order placement to the deliveries, along with the paper procedures, both internally & externally to ensure the efficiency of the production & delivery is met
Evaluate & analyze the current processes & systems with the aim of coming up with required changes, which could improve overall I efficiencies
Coordinate with Planning /Sourcing/ Production team and other related teams where necessary in order to deliver customer requirements
Managing customer visits as well as maintaining proper records and other critical factors
Manage debtors, inventories including RM/FG
Requirements
Male / Female
Age below 35
BSc Degree (preferably in Textiles/Fashion design) or other equivalent qualification
Around 2 years of experience in similar capacity (preferably from a design or textile industry)
Knowledge in MS Office/ Excel is a must along with data analytical skills
Knowledge in SAP will be an added advantage
Task prioritization, time management and multi-tasking ability while being a good team player
Literacy in English & good presentation skills
Strong communicator who can respond to customer and internal teams fast in the execution
