Job Duties

• This job is purely focusing on the execution
• Develop & maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
• Understanding the customer requirements in terms of delivery
• Follow up the order placement to the deliveries, along with the paper procedures, both internally & externally to ensure the efficiency of the production & delivery is met
• Evaluate & analyze the current processes & systems with the aim of coming up with required changes, which could improve overall I efficiencies
• Coordinate with Planning /Sourcing/ Production team and other related teams where necessary in order to deliver customer requirements
• Managing customer visits as well as maintaining proper records and other critical factors
• Manage debtors, inventories including RM/FG

Requirements

• Male / Female
• Age below 35
• BSc Degree (preferably in Textiles/Fashion design) or other equivalent qualification
• Around 2 years of experience in similar capacity (preferably from a design or textile industry)
• Knowledge in MS Office/ Excel is a must along with data analytical skills
• Knowledge in SAP will be an added advantage
• Task prioritization, time management and multi-tasking ability while being a good team player
• Literacy in English & good presentation skills
• Strong communicator who can respond to customer and internal teams fast in the execution
• Excellent negotiation & interpersonal skills
