Ensure all customer orders are delivered as planned and monthly sales and OTIF targets being achieved
Function as a center point of communication between sales team in US/CA/ME/EU, operation team in Pakistan customers and factory operations team; to ensure on time in full (OTIF) and smooth operations flow.
Step in to cover/support customer manager role, when in need.
Ensuring customer communication process/protocols are followed at all times – new implementation/adjustment roll out in timely manner, getting everyone involved aligned.
Responsible for order confirming activities.
Make sure issues revolved or escalated within the course of the day. Maintain list of to do things – if in need of immediately switch over task seamlessly.
Coordinate with Art Work team to complete 60 days prior to the delivery date.
Report in a timely and periodically to management, the status and health of the function of operations.
Send accurate reports to the customer/OSL on time.
Any other duties/projects assigned by the management.
Requirements
Understanding of the manufacturing environment.
Knowledge on relevant computer applications.
Reporting and excellent communication skills.
Process mapping, aligning cross communication in teams and rollout process.
Keen sense of drill down errors, trouble shooting, data analytics and linear logical solutions.
Project management, T&A management and follow-up skills.
