Job Duties

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in smartphones and tablets.
• Perform repairs including screen replacements, battery replacements, charging ports, speakers, and motherboard-level repairs.
• Install and update operating systems and software applications.
• Conduct quality testing after repairs to ensure proper functionality.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding technical issues and provide appropriate solutions.
• Ensure adherence to company service standards and safety procedures.
• Manage spare parts inventory and report requirements to the supervisor.

Requirements 

• Male
• Diploma / NVQ Level qualification in Electronics, Mobile Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in mobile phone repairs.
• Strong knowledge of Android and iOS troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and meet service deadlines.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Willingness to work extended hours if required.
