Multi Duty Assistant Full-Time

Job Duties:

  • Handle data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Assist in finance-related clerical work (invoices, petty cash, documentation).
  • Support HR functions such as attendance, leave records, and document preparation.
  • Help with purchasing and maintaining office supplies.
  • Provide front office and customer service support when required.
  • Perform other general duties assigned by management.

 

Requirements

  • Female
  • Age below 35
  • Minimum GCE A/L qualification.
  • Prior experience in clerical/admin work preferred.
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
