Job duties

• Develop detailed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) drawings using AutoCAD / Revit based on approved design specifications.
• Coordinate with MEP consultants, site engineers and project teams to ensure accurate and timely execution.
• Conduct MEP quantity take-offs and assist in project cost estimation.
• Review, update and align shop drawings with architectural and structural plans.
• Perform site inspections to verify design feasibility and update drawings accordingly.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between design documents and site conditions.
• Prepare as-built drawings based on final project changes.

Requirements

• Male 
• Age below 35
• Diploma or NVQ Level 4 in Draftsmanship / Engineering Drafting.
• Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit experience will be an added advantage).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in MEP drafting & coordination, preferably in high-rise or large-scale projects.
• Solid knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and fire protection systems.
• Strong communication, teamwork & problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
