Job Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping and janitorial activities.
• Monitor the cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of assigned areas.
• Allocate duties and work schedules to housekeeping and janitorial staff.
• Ensure staff follow proper cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and hygiene standards.
• Inspect completed work to maintain the required standards of cleanliness.
• Monitor the proper use and storage of cleaning equipment, materials, and supplies.
• Train, guide, and motivate team members to maintain efficient work practices.
• Maintain attendance records, duty schedules, and relevant operational reports.
• Report maintenance issues, staff shortages, and operational concerns to management
• Ensure all assigned duties are completed efficiently and on time.

Requirements

• Male/Female
• Age below 50 years
• Minimum 5 years of experience in housekeeping or janitorial supervision in a hotel or janitorial services company..
• Good leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage staff and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts and undertake compulsory overtime.
• Ability to handle operational responsibilities efficiently and responsibly.
