Job Duties

• Manage and monitor network circuits/links, network/ communication equipment and on prem servers and storage devices to meet established SLA
• Capacity planning and forecasting of network and communication infrastructure, and on prem servers and storage devices to meet business demand. 
• Plan and undertake projects to improve and upgrade key network and communication infrastructure, produce relevant documentation and project plans to ensure timely completion of the projects. 
• Monitor and ensure all changes in IT inventory are updated and recorded, ensure that records of all IT assets owned by the organization are maintained and updated regularly. Track asset receipt/transfer of equipment in order to have visibility on the IT assets owned by the organization. 
• Ensure that Data Backup and Recovery (backup and restore) procedures and IT Disaster Recovery solution are implemented as per policy and tested periodically so that data/ services recovery is possible in case of any incident. 
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships across teams and with business users. 
• Manage service providers and partners to meet customer SLAs. 
• Establishing processes to ensure that there is sufficient knowledge transfer and training of delivered MSIT services. 
• Assisting with IT equipment sourcing and budgeting. 
• Ensure compliance with established IT policies and procedures.

• Age below 40
• More than 5 years of experience in IT including at least 3 years of experience in similar capacity. 
• A proven track record of leadership in technology management as well as business acumen. 
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
