Office Assistant/Driver/Delivery

Office Coordinator Full-Time

Job Role:

  • Coordinate daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and general correspondence
  • Maintain records, files, and office documentation
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Support HR/admin tasks such as attendance and basic reporting
  • Liaise with internal departments and external clients
  • Ensure office supplies are maintained and ordered on time
  • Provide general administrative support to the team

 

Requirements:

  • G.C.E. O/L or A/L qualification
  • School leavers are encouraged to apply
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Good communication skills in English and Sinhala 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience is not required but will be an added advantage
