Onsite Customer Support Associate – Malay Language Full-Time
Job Duties
Handle inbound and outbound customer service interactions in the Malay language through phone, email, and live chat.
Demonstrate a professional Malay customer service personality by delivering high-quality, customer-focused support.
Accurately respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests following BPO service standards.
Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Meet productivity, quality assurance, and compliance targets set by the organization.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve escalations efficiently.

Requirements
Male/Female
Age below 45
Native or fluent Malay language proficiency (spoken and written).
Basic to good English communication skills.
Previous experience in Malay customer service, call center, or BPO roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
Open to Malay nationalities in Sri Lanka seeking Malay language vacancies in Sri Lanka.
Candidates must hold a valid Sri Lanka residence visa for work or be eligible under Sri Lanka residence visa for work requirements.
Willingness to work onsite and flexible shifts if required.
