Operations Officer (BPO) Full-Time

Job Role

  • Verify accuracy of data and ensure all information is correctly recorded.
  • Process and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Balance and reconcile records to maintain operational accuracy.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and ensure all reports are properly filed.
  • Monitor daily operational activities and ensure workflow runs smoothly.
  • Identify discrepancies and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Support operational processes to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.

 

Job Requirements

  • Female candidates only.
  • Age below 30.
  • Successfully completed GCE A/L.
  • Previous experience in operations, administration, or finance (an added advantage).
  • Ability to work rotating shifts (8-hour or 12-hour schedules).
  • Willingness to work 6 days per week.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong accuracy in data handling.
  • Good communication skills to manage client inquiries clearly and professionally.
  • Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word) and computer literacy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle financial/operational data.
