Job Duties:

• Develop and manage the monthly production plan, ensuring effective coordination with the trading team, supply chain team, and purchasing team to guarantee the timely availability of raw materials (RM).
• Plan and implement weekly production schedules for assigned production lines, ensuring the availability of all necessary materials to meet production targets.
• Conduct daily follow-ups to ensure operations are aligned with the production plan, addressing any deviations promptly to maintain production flow.
• Prepare and analyze comprehensive production reports, including machine efficiency, capacity utilization, and other operational metrics.
• Oversee and manage consumption variance, ensuring the daily reconciliation of materials and accurate production confirmations to maintain operational efficiency.

• A degree in Operations management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the manufacturing industry is essential.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.
